A motivated employee is a great asset who can provide enormous value to the organization in terms of maintaining and strengthening its business and revenue growth (Singh, 2017). ReplyDeleteAgreed. with you. Employee motivation and efficiency are important tools of successful organization. Employees are not satisfied with their work and are not willing to accomplish their work their goal, the organization cannot be successful (Jakobi,2013).
DeleteAmila, you are correct. Employee motivation is also critical to a company's success. It's the level of dedication, desire, and energy that a company's employees bring to their jobs on a daily basis. Without it, businesses suffer from decreased productivity, lower production, and are more likely to fall short of crucial objectives. Employee motivation, on the other hand, isn't always easy to come by; it's something that managers must cultivate and monitor.

Although motivated employees benefit the organization in various aspects, it is challenged by the factors such as work-life imbalance, incompetent supervisors, lower self-confidence issues such as fear to be failed on the tasks, job stress, or achievement anxiety which effects organizational performance (Velnampy, 2009).
ReplyDeleteHi Gihan agreed with you .adding more to your point, Motivated employees can be described as a way to reflect employee patience, their direction and strength, and motivated employees provide the greatest commitment to work(Pinder,2008).
DeleteHi Amila, Well said. Motivated employees have a sense of being an integral part of the organization they work for, which in run, helps in creating a positive work environment (Sagar Chaudhuri,2019).
ReplyDeleteAgreed Upeksha. adding more to your comment, the good environment that is offered to the worker enables him to offer the best that the organization needs for its achievement of goals and objectives (Paluku, 2016).

Managers responsibility thus include ‘combining good motivational practices with meaningful work, the setting of performance goals, and use of an effective reward system…to establish the kind of atmosphere and culture that is needed to excel’ (Cynthia E. and Frank A. 2011)
ReplyDeleteHi Ganith agreed with you. Employee motivation and efficiency are important tools of successful organization. Employees are not satisfied with their work and are not willing to accomplish their work their goal, the organization cannot be successful (Jakobi,2013).

Such people may be self-motivated, and as long as this means they are going in the right direction to attain what they are there to achieve, then this is the best form of motivation (Armstrong,2014)
ReplyDeleteAgreed Amila, Motivated employees bring a lot of benefits to the organization and they use their performance to affect the business efficiency, and therefore the success and sustainability of the enterprise (Lorincova, Starcho, Weberova , Hitka and Lipoldova, 2019
